So i did measure my weight this morning,and found out that i lost around 1kg (around 2lbs) in almost a month.
Holding on to small habit changes = big personal results. This proves: it's in the details.
Losing weight made me feel happier over time, and i plan to lose more over time.
Seems my development mood is going in a rollercoaster tbh, but i found a average of around 30hr a month i actually am working on it.
Next plans: living more economically. (reducing water/gas/electricity) Not that i pay for any of those, ut still, for the environment it's better if i start with myself.
